In this role you will:
- Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs from strategy through delivery, coordinating interdependent work across multiple teams and domains.
- Define program goals, milestones, dependencies, and success measures, using data and operational insights to drive informed decisions and measurable outcomes.
- Establish scalable program mechanisms, governance, and communication practices that improve execution, transparency, and accountability across the organization.
- Partner with engineering, product, architecture, and operational stakeholders to resolve risks, remove delivery impediments, and align technical investments with business priorities.
- Guide technical planning across systems and services, applying working knowledge of system design, API design, data modeling, and service dependencies to support effective program outcomes.
- Safely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions that improve outcomes, demonstrating familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real-world products.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience leading technical programs, complex initiatives, or comparable cross-functional delivery work.
- Experience owning programs spanning multiple services, teams, or technical domains, with accountability for execution, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to understand system design, API design, data modeling, architecture decisions, and operational considerations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, establish effective program governance, and use data to manage delivery, quality, and operational performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading large-scale, multi-team or multi-service technology transformations, platform migrations, modernizations, or integrations involving complex dependencies, shared infrastructure, and platform capabilities; owning portfolios across organizations and coordinating dependent teams and stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Experience establishing operating mechanisms—such as planning cadences, governance models, decision forums, dependency frameworks, escalation paths, and reporting standards—that improve predictability, execution quality, and organizational effectiveness.
- Proven ability to partner with senior technical leaders and influence architecture direction, technical roadmaps, long-term technology strategy, and investment prioritization across a broad organizational scope; strong technical fluency in distributed systems, APIs, data models, integration patterns, scalability, resilience, and security.
- Advanced use of data, metrics, experimentation, and operational signals to identify risks, evaluate trade-offs, assess program health, and improve outcomes; experience leading AI/ML-enabled programs responsibly from integration through operationalization and monitoring.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve complex cross-organizational conflicts, and communicate clear decisions and actions to senior leaders and diverse stakeholders, while connecting delivery objectives to customer, business, financial, and strategic outcomes and mentoring TPMs and program leaders.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
