We are looking for a visionary strategist and Service Product Owner to redefine our Support and Services GTM model for an AI-first, 'agentic' future. As the Principal Product Manager, you will act as an internal consultant and the strategic bridge between Product Management, Engineering, Customer Support, and GTM teams. You will focus specifically on a dedicated product set within Network Security, intimately understanding its product priorities and long-term roadmap to design and deliver perfectly aligned support and service models.
Crucially, you are not building the software products; rather, you are the architect of the strategic service, support, and monetization models that surround them. Operating within a highly focused pod model, you will manage dedicated NPI Program Manager(s) while leading the evolution of our Support offerings from a traditional access-based model to one that is outcome-oriented and significantly enabled by AI. By combining the strategic, market-driven oversight of a top-tier consultant with the operational rigor of a Product Manager, you will ensure our global delivery teams are enabled, aligned, and strategically positioned to deliver exceptional service for every new NetSec launch.
Key Responsibilities
- NetSec Portfolio Ownership: Serve as the definitive service and support owner for a specific product set within NetSec. Develop a deep, intimate understanding of the product roadmap, engineering priorities, and feature releases to anticipate service delivery needs.
- Define Strategic Service Vision: Establish the long-term GTM direction and service objectives for New Product Introductions (NPIs) and New Service Introductions (NSIs), ensuring support offerings are commercially viable, competitive, and tightly aligned with corporate strategy.
- Pod Leadership & Execution: Operate within a strategic pod model, mentoring, and guiding NPI Program Managers who will assist in actively program managing end-to-end launch deliverables.
- Internal Consulting & Standardization: Act as a strategic advisor to core Product Managers upstream. Develop and implement standardized "service permutations," empowering PMs to self-select proven delivery models.
- Product & Priority Alignment: Deeply understand the core product architecture and overarching business priorities to intelligently develop service delivery strategy.
- Orchestrate GTM Execution: Develop the core strategy for, and orchestrate, scalable Services launches. Ensure the field and Services delivery teams are strategically positioned and fully enabled.
- Market Analysis & Trend Identification: Continuously review industry trends related to AI, agentic support, and service monetization to develop operational improvements.
- Architectural Evolution & Automation: Lead the roadmap to transition legacy, human-heavy support processes towards an agentic model.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, or Master's degree with 6 years of experience, or PhD with 3 years of experience.
- Demonstrated hybrid background combining Management Consulting, Product Management, or Go-To-Market Strategy, with a focus on enterprise technology, cybersecurity, or service delivery.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a data-first approach to analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and commercial opportunities.
- Strong executive presence with a proven ability to build stakeholder alignment, translate technical capabilities into C-level outcomes, and influence decision-making across disparate teams without direct authority.
- Track record of defining overarching strategic visions and driving them through to successful execution
- Demonstrated experience with AI-driven technologies, GenAI applications, agentic workflows, or automation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate existing product lines and advise on/build the operational frameworks and service models required to support them.
- Deep familiarity with network security (NetSec) architectures, product lifecycles, and the unique support requirements of enterprise cybersecurity portfolios.
- Proven track record of taking a legacy, fragmented service model and automating it to drive efficiency and scale without sacrificing customer outcomes.
- Familiarity with NPI/NSI lifecycles, Quote-to-Cash requirements, enterprise support systems (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud), and integrating strategic solutions into broad commercial constructs.
