Principal Engineer, Solutions Architecture

Our Solutions Architecture team within Professional Services are experts in package customization and integration as well as total end-to-end solutions in targeted industry segments. After thorough consultation with our customers and careful analysis, we develop new IT systems or replace existing systems that support customers’ strategic, operational and financial goals.

What you’ll achieve:

As a Principal Engineer, you will design and implement critical services, lead complex refactors, and champion quality. You will collaborate across teams to resolve dependencies and raise performance and reliability.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience
• Ability to deliver resilient, maintainable components in enterprise environments.
• Strong CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Experience implementing security and compliance requirements.
• Clear communication of trade-offs and technical decisions.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Scrum/SAFe or PMP

Responsibilities

• Own service design, data contracts, and API quality.
• Improve test automation, coverage, and release health metrics.
• Optimize runtime performance and troubleshoot incidents.
• Provide technical leadership through pairing and reviews.
