Introduction:

GIGA+ Fab is seeking a highly skilled, experienced and motivated Lithography Process Engineer to become part of our Unit Module Development Team, leading exciting projects in Photonics & Power platforms.

Job description:

  • To set up processes as per technical requirements and lead Litho module UMD process engineers develop, photonics & power processes.
  • To keep projects on track and report key milestones to department head.
  • To troubleshoot any issues that arise during process setup, ensure the new process qualifications lots run smoothly and work with equipment team to improve process robustness.
  • To work with integration to improve the process stability and process margin, achieve good quality process and cost-effective production.
  • To with customer engineering team to have effective communication with customers.
  • Organize and provide training for engineers / AEs to transfer the process knowledge before running mass production.
  • To deputize litho process section manager as per business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science, Solid State Physics or other relevant engineering physical science discipline is required
  • >6 years Lithography experience, experience in Silicon Photonics is a bonus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with different cultures.
