Principal Business Analyst
Follow the question. Find the opportunity.
A pattern in the data catches your attention. You want to understand the business behind it, test your explanation, and turn what you learn into useful guidance. If that sounds like work you enjoy, this role offers plenty to investigate.
We’re TINNO—Tools and Innovation. Our team helps Oracle Fusion Cloud customers and the teams supporting them understand which purchased capabilities customers use, where opportunities remain, and what they could adopt next. We’re building on that foundation with more predictive insights and recommendations that help anticipate customer needs. Pricing guidance is another area of our work.
AI is integral to how we work and what we’re helping shape. We use ChatGPT and Codex to improve analysis and workflows. We help shape how an AI chat agent shares TINNO insights, guiding the accuracy, context, and usefulness of its responses.
We’re looking for an experienced Business Insights Analyst who combines subscription data knowledge, analytical skill, curiosity and business judgment—and enjoys helping shape the questions as much as answering them.
Our insights are used by external customers, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and operations teams. Our toolkit includes SQL Developer, Excel, Oracle Analytics Cloud Data Visualization (OAC DV), PowerPoint, ChatGPT, and Codex.
