Portfolio Marketing Manager - Cyber Security Services (m/f/x)
For our region France, Belgium and Luxembourg, we are looking for a Portfolio Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our Operational Technology Cyber Security Services.
You will drive go-to-market execution, support regional launches, and build strong ecosystem partnerships to scale innovative cyber security services across all Smart Infrastructure Building OT domains like fire safety, security, and automation.
Tasks:
- Position the portfolio as a key enabler of smarter, more connected, and efficient operations.
- Lead marketing campaigns and ensure market readiness in close collaboration with sales and operations.
- Translate customer needs into value-driven cyber security services.
- Build and activate ecosystems with strategic partners (software vendors, cloud providers, ISVs, integrators) and identify joint go-to-market opportunities.
- Develop strong storytelling around Siemens OT Cyber Security capabilities and ecosystem success stories.
- Support sales teams with tools, content, and training
- Collaborate with regional HQ to localize global offerings and provide input for future service development.
- Apply Lean Portfolio Management principles to accelerate launches and support data-driven planning and prioritization.
- Travel regularly across the region to support local teams and ensure strong execution.
Your skills:
- Proven experience in software marketing, platform strategy, or ecosystem development
- Knowledge of OT cyber security and digital technologies is a plus
- Experience with agile ways of working and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience managing strategic partnerships and ecosystems within technology, software, digital services or cyber security environments
- Ability to collaborate across functions and prioritize value delivery
- Strategic marketing mindset with hands-on campaign and partner engagement experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in multicultural settings
- Ability to translate technical features into compelling customer value
- Fluent in French, English and Dutch
- Willingness to travel and operate across diverse markets
