We are looking for a Plant Manager. This position will be based at Forth Worth.
The plant manager is responsible for the direction and coordination of a manufacturing operation in the production of electrical distribution equipment. This position is overall responsible for the Fort Worth Facility and reports directly to the Head of Manufacturing of EP. The incumbent will develop efficiency strategies to ensure the attainment of business metrics and production goals with attention to budgetary requirements. Promote a culture that focuses on safety, quality, cost and delivery while actively driving continuous improvement across the organization. Develop and manage overall plant budget and load planning initiatives ensuring adequate resource availability including headcount, and capital requirements. Act as liaison for the business, maintaining sound working relationships with internal and external partners.
You will make an impact by:
- Direct and manage all plant operations with overall responsibilities for all disciplines including production, quality, customer service, engineering and procurement
- Implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, manpower and other operational costs
- Establish and drive the attainment of key performance indicators for overall facility success
- Forecast and analyze business trends to ensure operation is strategically aligned.
- Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Global Procurement, Product Management, HR and other technical management functions to coordinate and agree on manufacturing program
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree in related field.
- 10 years of success experience in operations management of engineered to order production/flow products in fast paced environment.
- Proven Lean implementation and change management skills.
- Ability to develop budgets and manage departmental budgets and/or business plans for a mid-sized business unit.
- Legally authorized to work in the United State on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of or experience in Electrical Distribution.

The pay range for this position is $171,217 - $293,515 annually with a target incentive of 25% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
