About Podcasts
Netflix Podcasts extend the conversation around Netflix and fuel fandom, allowing us to own our audience's time and redirect them to the service for more viewing.
Our goal is to ignite the power of Netflix fans – our biggest ambassadors and the engines of buzz about our titles. By leveraging multiple distribution platforms and collaborating with creative minds across the globe, Publishing at Netflix is all about connecting viewers with the stories they love, enhancing their experience, and driving engagement through innovative and immersive content.
The Role
We’re seeking a highly creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Photo/AV Curation Specialist to join Tudum’s Curation team within Netflix Publishing. This role will shape the visual expression of our stories across platforms by curating, editing, preparing, and placing photography, video, and motion assets that deepen storytelling and connect audiences with the titles and talent they love. Working across a wide range of formats and creative needs, this person will bring a strong editorial eye, technical fluency, and an understanding of how visual content can be thoughtfully packaged for Tudum and its off-platform channels.
You’ll uncover standout visuals across Netflix’s internal libraries, source and license imagery through external agencies, and create lightweight assets such as clips, GIFs, and stills that can stand alone or add dimension and impact to larger stories. You’ll also bring strong tooling literacy and a systems mindset, developing AI-assisted workflows, identifying opportunities to streamline production, and building repeatable solutions that help the team deliver high-quality creative work at scale.
Equal parts creative and technical, this role connects big-picture visual strategy with precise, hands-on execution across a high volume of work, including fast-moving entertainment news, trailer and first-look debuts, and original visual concepts that expand the worlds of Netflix films and series. The ideal candidate is a sharp visual storyteller, an inventive and systems-minded problem-solver, and an enthusiastic collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

- Advance Creative Tooling and Product Features: Partner with the Curation Manager to identify and champion improvements to the visual product experience, strengthen connections across internal creative tools, and create more seamless and efficient workflows.
