About the role:
As a Performance & Succession, Senior Lead, you will design, execute and continuously improve enterprise performance management and succession practices that strengthen accountability, leadership effectiveness and organizational capability. You will build scalable processes that connect individual and business performance to strategic priorities while promoting a culture of results, growth and development. Partnering closely with senior leaders, you will advance talent strategies that support long-term business success.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the strategy, design and governance of enterprise performance management programs centered on accountability, measurable outcomes and continuous feedback.
- Set consistent standards for goal setting, performance reviews and related practices across the organization.
- Develop succession planning processes that identify critical talent, assess readiness and support leadership continuity.
- Partner with business leaders and human resources teams to align talent strategies with organizational objectives and workforce priorities.
- Facilitate talent reviews and calibration discussions to support equitable, objective decisions.
- Create dashboards, reports and insights that help leaders monitor progress and take informed action.
- Promote coaching, continuous feedback and performance routines that reinforce expectations and follow-through.
- Guide corrective actions and performance improvement efforts using structured, documented and defensible approaches.
- Connect performance outcomes with succession, talent mobility and leadership development.
- Improve processes, tools and governance to strengthen organizational effectiveness and talent outcomes.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, human resources or a related discipline, including ownership of enterprise performance programs.
- Experience designing and implementing performance frameworks, leadership assessments and succession strategies.
- Strong analytical and consultative skills, with the ability to translate talent data into actionable business insights.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders, facilitate complex discussions and drive enterprise change.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting large, complex organizations through performance transformation, leadership planning or talent strategy initiatives.
- Knowledge of talent management technologies, workforce analytics and modern performance management practices.
