Apple's WW Channel Sales Programs (CSP) organization focuses on developing and deploying worldwide sales programs and standard processes to deliver an extraordinary customer experience in the channel and drive Apple Channel sales. Our WW CSP team closely collaborates with many cross-functional groups at worldwide and regional levels.

Great programs are only as strong as the systems that run them. As the Program Excellence Lead, you'll lead the team responsible for making sure every consumer and B2B program operates efficiently, consistently, and at scale — turning worldwide strategy into playbooks, tools, and metrics that regional teams can execute with confidence.

Description

Lead and develop a team owning Processes & Playbooks, Tool Development & Adoption, Regional Enablement, and KPIs & Measurement.

Set the operational strategy that simplifies execution and reduces manual effort for regional teams globally.

Establish global standards and playbooks that create consistency across programs without sacrificing regional flexibility.

Own the measurement strategy for program performance, ensuring dashboards and data translate into actionable insight for leadership.

Champion tool adoption strategy, ensuring program needs are represented in tool development and field teams have clear guidance to use them effectively.

Design and run communication rhythms between worldwide program strategy and regional execution teams.

Partner closely with program experience leaders to ensure operational capability keeps pace with program innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in program operations, business operations, or process/tools strategy roles
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing senior individual contributors
  • Demonstrated success building scalable operational frameworks across global or regional teams
  • Experience partnering with tool/engineering teams to translate business needs into product requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Operational Rigor: Track record simplifying complex processes into clear, repeatable playbooks
  • Systems Thinking: Ability to see how tools, process, and measurement connect into one operational engine
  • Global Coordination: Experience managing communication rhythms and alignment across regional/worldwide teams
  • Analytical Fluency: Comfort working with dashboards and KPI frameworks to drive decision-making
