Description and Requirements

Main Mission

• The Power BI Report Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining interactive reports and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making. This role translates business requirements into scalable BI solutions using Power BI and enterprise data platforms. AI pioneer is responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to define AI use cases and objectives, Promote AI culture and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports to support business insights

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization of reports

• Collaborate with stakeholders (business, IT, analytics teams) to refine reporting needs

• Enhance user experience with intuitive visualizations and dashboard design

• Provide training and support for end-users and promote data literacy

• Maintain documentation and follow governance standards

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define AI use cases and objectives

• Stay current with advancements in AI, ML, NLP, and generative AI

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Power BI (Desktop & Service)

• Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling

• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases

• Understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and BI architecture

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Data visualization best practices

• Communication Skills

• Organizational skills, including prioritization, time-management and multi-tasking

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure, Fabric, or cloud data platforms

• Familiarity with R or Python for analytics

• Knowledge of Qlik (for migration scenarios)

• Superior MS Excel skills (VBA & Macros) is an advantage

• Executive dashboards (KPIs, transformation tracking, GEO performance)

• Operational reports (daily/weekly business performance)

• AI-powered automation (chatbots, classification models)

• GenAI assistants (internal copilots, knowledge extraction tools)

Language Requirements

• English: Business-fluent

• Japanese: Business-fluent

• Ability to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders. Basic to intermediate proficiency is sufficient.
