Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
In this role, you will coordinate and manage payroll accounting activities, ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with local regulations, and excellent support to employees and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate and consolidate monthly payroll updates, including salary changes, bonuses, social benefits, attendance data, expense reimbursements, and other payroll-related transactions
- Perform payroll validations, reconciliations, and compliance checks to ensure payroll accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Prepare payroll accounting records, journal entries, accruals, provisions, and employee-related liabilities, including vacation, severance, and bonus provisions
- Generate payroll reports and analyses to support Finance, Management, and business decision-making
- Manage employee lifecycle payroll activities, including onboarding, terminations, tax documentation, and year-end payroll reporting
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including pension providers, benefits administrators, tax authorities, and equity plan trustee
- Provide payroll support to employees while monitoring regulatory changes and driving payroll-related compliance activities and process improvements
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You have a passion for payroll and accounting processes, with a structured and detail-oriented mindset. You combine strong analytical capabilities with a service-oriented approach and enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Certified Payroll Accountant and level 3 bookkeeper certification with 5+ years of professional experience managing payroll processes in a dynamic environment
- Strong expertise in payroll regulations, tax reporting, employee benefits, and payroll compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with Hilan payroll systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis
- Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including Finance, HR, employees, benefits providers, and external authorities
- Strong communication skills and customer-service orientation, combined with a collaborative and proactive working style
- Fluency in English and Hebrew
