Partner Solutions Manager, Partner Solutions
Amazon Ads builds the technology connections between our advertising platform — the Ads API, Amazon DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and Amazon Marketing Stream — and the agencies, SaaS platforms, CDPs, and systems integrators that build on them. As a Partner Solutions Manager (PSM), you own the production life of these partner integrations: you keep them healthy, current, and performing in market, and you grow the revenue they generate over time.
Once an integration is live, you own its operational trajectory — production support, migrations, deprecations, and ongoing technical health. You are the technical owner partners rely on to keep a shipped integration running as the platform evolves, to drive migrations to completion, and to resolve production issues before they affect advertiser adoption or revenue. You handle complex, ambiguous operational problems where the goal is clear but the path is not, make pragmatic trade-offs between short- and long-term fixes, and escalate with sound judgment to clear blockers.
You coordinate across Partner Development, Amazon Ads product, and engineering teams to resolve recurring production issues and translate persistent partner friction into product feedback. You communicate clearly in writing and in technical reviews, and you are trusted to represent production health and risk to senior stakeholders. Success is measured in operational outcomes — sustained post-launch adoption, migration completion, time-to-resolution on production issues, and the revenue retained and grown across the integrations you own.
Key job responsibilities
Customers: partners whose integrations are live — agencies, SaaS platforms, CDPs, SIs, ERPs, Japan — working directly with their engineering teams; advertisers are the end beneficiaries.
Internal stakeholders: Amazon Ads Product & Engineering (Ads API, DSP, AMC, Stream), PDMs, Solutions Architects, pod manager and peer PTMs.
Problems solved: keeps live integrations stable as the platform evolves; drives migrations off deprecated patterns without disrupting traffic; resolves production issues before they stall adoption; turns recurring friction into product feedback; grows revenue from live implementations.
Daily: monitor portfolio health, run partner technical cadences, drive issue resolution and migrations, escalate defects, report production health.

Key job responsibilities
- Own the production health of a portfolio of live partner integrations across the Ads API, Amazon DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and Amazon Marketing Stream — keeping them stable, performing, and current as the platform evolves.
- Resolve production issues end to end, from diagnosis to resolution, managing time-to-resolution and preventing recurrence.
- Plan and drive migrations and deprecations to completion, keeping integrations on supported patterns with no disruption to live traffic.
- Grow the revenue the integrations you own generate, acting on optimization and expansion opportunities within live implementations.
- Run the operational cadence with each partner's engineering team — health reviews, change management, release coordination — against clear reliability and adoption targets.
- Coordinate across Partner Development, Amazon Ads product, and engineering to unblock production issues and drive cross-team fixes to closure.
- Translate recurring partner friction into prioritized, evidence-backed product feedback.
- Make pragmatic short- vs. long-term trade-offs, escalating with sound judgment to clear blockers.
- Represent production health and risk to senior stakeholders through clear written narratives and technical reviews.
- Protect proactive capacity, holding reactive load within target so most time goes to durable health, migration, and revenue work.
