Partner Delivery Manager, gTech Ads Agency and Partners Organization
gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. The newly established gTech Agency & Partners (gAP) team within gTech Ads scales expert services to global advertisers through a strategic partner ecosystem.
As a Partner Delivery Manager (PDM), you own the end-to-end partner delivery lifecycle - from strategic planning and technical readiness to governance, operational health and performance management.
You will act as the senior-level solutions and enablement bridge between Google and the C-suite of our partners. In this role, you blend strategy, technical depth, and operations to drive activation and equip partners to scale Google advertising solutions for mutual customer growth.

Responsibilities
- Own and cultivate C-suite partner relationships, directing operational strategy, governance, commercial incentives, and executive business reviews (QBRs) to drive joint accountability, service health, and long-term business growth.
- Serve as the primary strategic liaison across partners, agency sales, regional gTech, and product teams, leading cross-functional initiatives to translate needs and optimize partner engagement models.
- Evaluate partner technical maturity to identify strategic skill gaps, defining scaled tooling and enablement requirements while orchestrating onboarding to grant final "teady for gTech MoS delivery" certifications.
- Own the partner delivery lifecycle, consulting on complex advertiser activations and deploying specialized internal engineering or upskilling teams to clear blockers and maintain delivery quality.
- Govern the activation pipeline for high velocity, tracking project velocity while enforcing quality assurance frameworks to validate that partner deliverables meet rigorous technical standards prior to incentive validation.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in partner management, program management, management consulting, or a technical customer-facing leadership role.
- Experience leading projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or other advanced degree, and 10 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising technology, or a high-tech environment.
- Experience building and maintaining C-suite relationships across large enterprise partners, agencies, or holding companies.
- Experience bridging sales, partner, and engineering teams to identify advanced technology integrations, co-develop solutions, and quantify business impact.
- Experience in programmatically scaling services and partner capabilities in a global context.
- Understanding of Google advertising solutions (e.g., AI, Measurement), the media ecosystem, and enterprise sales dynamics.
- Track record driving business outcomes through strategic planning, commercial incentive negotiation, and executive influence.
