Paid Social Advertising Manager
Do you live and breathe social? Know what makes someone stop scrolling, and how to turn that moment into measurable business results? Believe that reliable social advertising starts with the platform and the audience, not a resized TV spot? We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly accountable paid social professional to join our Windows Devices & Services (WDS) Creative & Integrated Marketing team. We believe successful campaigns are built through supportive partnership, clear ownership, candid feedback, inclusive decision-making, and disciplined execution.
The Paid Social Advertising Manager will be the team's subject-matter expert and strategic lead for paid social across Windows campaigns. This person will shape how our campaigns show up on social platforms, from audience and channel strategy through leading social-first creative development, creator partnerships, launch, optimization, and learning. You will work across platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, Reddit, X, etc and help the team stay ahead of emerging trends, formats, and AI-driven approaches.
This role will work closely with other advertising campaign managers, creative leads, product marketing, integrated marketing, media, social and community, research and insights, analytics, legal, platform partners, and external creative and media agencies. The candidate combines deep, hands-on platform fluency with sharp marketing/creative judgment, can translate business objectives into paid social strategies that perform, and is as comfortable in a creative review as in a results dashboard.
