P&C Knowledge & Content Intern

The Role: The Knowledge team is a lean, high-impact group dedicated to making information seamless, accurate, and accessible across the entire People and Culture (P&C) organization. As our Knowledge & Content Intern, you will work closely with the team to shape how our global employees find answers, navigate P&C processes, and experience our internal Help Center.
This role offers direct exposure to every aspect of People and Culture. If you have a passion for clear communication, an aptitude for learning new platforms, and a creative approach to problem-solving, this internship will give you hands-on experience in modern enterprise knowledge management and employee experience design.

What You Will Gain:
- Direct Mentorship: Work directly alongside our Head of Programs and Partnership and the knowledge team in a small, collaborative team environment, where your contributions directly impact the business.
- Broad HR Exposure: Gain rare end-to-end visibility into how an enterprise People and Culture organization operates across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management & Development, and Operations.
- Portfolio Development: Experience concrete examples of published knowledge base articles, documentation projects, and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Content Creation & Maintenance: Write, edit, and publish clear, user-friendly Help Center articles. Collaborate with team members on content for new People and Culture projects, while auditing existing resources to ensure information remains current and accurate.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the People and Culture organization, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Operations, Global Programs, People Partners, and Talent Management & Development, to translate complex internal policies and workflows into simple, intuitive guidebooks and FAQs.
- Information Architecture & Optimization: Assist in auditing, tagging, and organizing content structure to improve searchability and user navigation within our internal knowledge portal.
- Process & Systems Learning: Gain hands-on experience using modern knowledge bases, content management systems (CMS), and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira and Confluence).
- Creative Problem-Solving: Identify content gaps, outdated information, or friction points in user feedback, bringing innovative solutions to improve the overall employee self-service experience.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, English, Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong Writing & Editing Skills: Ability to break down complex procedures or policy details into clear, concise, and engaging written content.
- Aptitude for Technology & Systems: Quick learner with a curiosity for mastering new tools, content management platforms, and workflows.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Comfortable reaching out to subject matter experts across different departments to gather details and feedback.
- Analytical & Creative Problem Solver: Proactive in spotting errors, fixing broken links or outdated guides, and suggesting creative ways to present information visually or structurally.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous about grammar, formatting consistency, and maintaining high editorial standards across all published materials.
