Position Headline:
Advises and oversees customer inquiries and orders with the aim to increase customer satisfaction by accurate and on- schedule customer supply and to ensure business and sales success.
You’ll create impact by:
- Manages Customer Sales Cycle: Advises on customer inquiries, creates offers (including technical and commercial clarification, creditworthiness, and export control checks), and determines delivery dates to facilitate contract closure.
- Oversees Order Fulfillment: Processes customer orders in the ERP system, confirms delivery dates, and ensures timely order confirmation to meet customer expectations.
- Ensures Delivery Reliability: Monitors and controls delivery dates and quantities, initiates deliveries, and manages back orders to optimize delivery performance and provide accurate order information.
- Optimizes Financial Processes: Arranges prompt invoicing, performs post-calculation, controls order cost receipts, and utilizes additional charges to enhance value flow and margin accuracy.
- Supports Logistics & Compliance: Plans logistics and transport concepts with customers, cooperates with internal and external partners, and supports financial and business administration policies, including contract analysis and project support.
Your defining qualities:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain operations, with a strong understanding of order-to-cash (O2C) processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel (including Macros, Pivot Tables, and financial modeling), MS Office, Power BI, and familiarity with SAP or equivalent FP&A/BI systems.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across sales, logistics, and planning teams.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
