Description and Requirements

At Motorola Mobility, we're looking for a highly motivated Order Fulfillment & Planning Analyst to play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, inventory is allocated effectively, and products are delivered on time.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams to drive operational excellence and support Motorola's growth across the region.

This position requires a professional demeanor for customer service/data entry position with a good knowledge in order fullfilment. The position involves processing orders for Motorola. The role requires a very positive attitude and the ability to manage time sensitive processes on a daily basis. It involves heavy phone and e-mail correspondence with customers, vendors and company team members.

Responsabilities

·       Order Processing

·       Maintain accurate customer records in all software systems, CRM, ECC, accounting and other programs.

·       Respond to internal customers inquiries for information such as PSD, POD dates, or other existing order questions.

·       Make calls to the warehouse to know that all the orders flow correctly and keep tracking of each order.

·       Enter, proof of delivery, and process orders for internal customer acknowledgment. Maintain superior level of accuracy while doing any work, particularly involving order management.

·       Communicate with sales staff and Master planning to verify all information is correct and clear up any missing information or inconsistencies on orders.

·       Provide back-up support to Master planning and B. ops office manager.

·       Maintain file systems and daily filing tasks for all orders.

·       Perform other related duties in support of the business ops team.

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

·       3 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Sales Operations.

·       Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

·       Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.

·       Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·       Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

·       Advanced English communication skills
