Description and Requirements
You will join Lenovo’s High Performance Computing (HPC) end-to-end manufacturing operation in Üllő, Hungary, working at the heart of customer order execution. You will help coordinate manufacturing, customer fulfilment, procurement, engineering and logistics to keep complex customer solutions moving from production through shipment. The role combines daily operational execution with production planning, issue resolution and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Coordinate end-to-end order execution for HPC customer products and services, balancing customer requirements with overall business costs.
- Partner with manufacturing, customer fulfilment, procurement, engineering and global logistics to deliver effective customer solutions.
- Drive manufacturing activities against agreed production and shipment targets, including SLA commitments and critical customer situations.
- Participate in daily production meetings and executive management calls, providing clear updates on execution priorities and issues.
- Build the monthly production capacity schedule and manage it week by week in collaboration with manufacturing.
- Drive material-supply issues through to resolution while helping ensure available production capacity is effectively utilized.
- Identify and implement improvements to management systems and operational efficiency, including opportunities to use AI
What you'll need
- Fluent Hungarian and English.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing operations.
- Microsoft Office skills; experience with SAP ECC, IPS and ITAC/Lemes is preferred.
- Experience working effectively within a regulated environment.
- Clear communication and presentation skills, including confidence communicating with executive management.
- Customer focus combined with effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively, remain flexible under pressure and provide additional support during quarter-end periods in March, June, September and December.
