Join our Customer Unit Supply team as an Order and Delivery Management Intern. You will help execute and monitor customer orders, support on-time delivery, and collaborate with project, supply chain, logistics, and customer teams in an international environment. This opportunity suits students or recent graduates interested in supply chain, logistics, order fulfilment, and customer operations.
What you will do
- Support customer order fulfilment and delivery execution.
- Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, changes, cancellations, and risks.
- Maintain tracking reports, dashboards, documentation, and accurate supply chain data.
- Support goods receipt and goods issue processes.
- Follow up with stakeholders and help manage delivery escalations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement with project, planning, logistics, and warehouse teams.
What you will bring
Education
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Logistics, International Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working accurately with data.
- Ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English, with a proactive willingness to learn.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of supply chain or logistics processes.
- Experience with SAP, reporting, data analysis, or a relevant internship or academic project.
