Your Impact

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud Developer to serve as a cornerstone of our Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization, specifically dedicated to the Order Management (OM) and Return Material Authorization (RMA) module team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, and sustained maintenance of our Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM ecosystem, with a specialized focus on optimizing OM and RMA business flows. You will spearhead critical integration initiatives via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to ensure seamless, high-volume data orchestration across our enterprise landscape. As a subject matter expert, you will provide technical leadership, navigate the complexities of quarterly cloud updates, and ensure the peak performance and integrity of our order-to-cash and returns processes.

  • Technical Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, with a dedicated focus on the end-to-end architecture of Order Management (OM) and Return Material Authorization (RMA) modules.
  • Integration Implementation: Architect and execute complex, high-performance integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), leveraging REST/SOAP APIs and specialized ERP/SCM Cloud adapters to support OM/RMA workflows.
  • Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of integrations, including B2B/EDI, file-based, event-driven, and scheduled patterns specific to order and return lifecycles.
  • System Stability: Conduct comprehensive impact analysis for Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, ensuring continuous system stability and operational continuity for OM and RMA functions.
  • Governance & Security: Configure and manage security roles, privileges, and data access models within the Fusion environment to ensure strict compliance and data integrity.
  • Framework Development: Build and maintain scalable exception handling, automated retry, and reprocessing frameworks to ensure flawless data synchronization across the order management ecosystem.
  • Performance Optimization: Proactively monitor and tune integration performance to meet the demands of high-volume transaction processing and mission-critical supply chain requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance and support integrated business processes across Inventory, Shipping, and Procurement modules.

Minimum Qualification

  • 7+ years of extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
  • Expertise in the technical architecture and configuration of Order Management (OM) and Return Material Authorization (RMA) modules.
  • Proficiency in Fusion business objects, transaction lifecycles, REST APIs, and legacy SOAP Web Services.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud adapters and security/data access models.
  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Expert-level command of JSON, XML, XSD, XPath, and XSLT.
  • Proven experience with JavaScript/Groovy for implementing complex custom business logic within integration flows.
  • Expertise in B2B/EDI integrations and VBCS/Redwood development.
  • Deep understanding of diverse integration patterns (Synchronous/Asynchronous, Publish/Subscribe, Event-driven).
  • Demonstrated ability in integration monitoring, advanced troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

  • Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to mentor junior developers and establish rigorous technical best practices.
  • Significant experience working within a fast-paced, global enterprise environment.
