Join the Tesla Optimus team and help build the future of general-purpose humanoid robotics. During your internship with the Optimus Powertrain Design team in Athens, you will focus on analyzing Optimus fleet data — turning real data into models, metrics, and design insight.

Responsibilities

Help build and automate data pipelines for fleet telemetry from Optimus robots.
Analyze fleet performance across robots to inform hardware design decisions.
Support dashboards to track trends, monitor hardware health, and find opportunities for design improvements.
Develop a solid understanding of how fleet data feeds Optimus design decisions.

Requirements

Ongoing Engineering or Computer Science studies (preferably at last year of studies)
Strong programming skills (Python, SQL, etc.)
Strong mathematical and statistics background
Fluency in English

The following will be considered as plus:

Understanding of algorithmic techniques and data structures
Experience with data visualization
