Our last-mile delivery team is seeking a dynamic, autonomous, and well-organized Operations Integration Manager for the Hub Delivery program. This role will drive integration and standardization of Hub Delivery processes across the UAE AMZL Network, partnering with Country ACES, SnOP, Central Operations, AMZL Operations, Product teams, and other key stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
Design, model, and implement new operations processes for Hub Delivery across the KSA AMZL Network, ensuring scalability and alignment with network capacity planning.

Drive improvement initiatives for existing processes to meet cost, quality, and customer experience goals, using data-driven insights to identify and prioritize opportunities.

Gather and analyze operational data to establish network-wide standards in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring consistency and best practice adoption across all delivery stations.

Build strong partnerships with operations field leaders and stakeholders (Central Operations, SnOP, DSP teams, Country ACES) to understand improvement opportunities and remove operational barriers.

Analyze and solve operational blockers with a focus on root cause analysis, driving forward sustainable solutions that improve network performance and partner experience.

Innovate to continuously improve customer experience while removing cost and complexity from the fulfillment network through process optimization and automation.

Partner with Product teams to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), review launch plans, pilot new features, and manage full-scale rollouts across the network with clear success metrics.

Represent KSA Hub Delivery operations in regional and global forums, providing insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Experience in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Experience experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience working cross-functionally across several teams both technical and non-technical
  • Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in technical support

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
  • Experience with data analytics platforms (Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau), or experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or another technical field
  • Track record of driving measurable process improvements in last-mile delivery, logistics, or fulfillment operations.
