Description

Apple is seeking an Operations and Planning Specialist toSupport the day-to-day operations and planning queries of the communications team.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely the operations and planning lead and with teams across Apple PR, Finance, Product Marketing and Marcom
  • Identify and implement best practices across the product and corporate communications organization, as well as worldwide
  • Development and upkeep of PR processes
  • Support budgeting requests
  • Managing of planning calendars

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years relevant experience, ideally in communications or project management roles
  • Strong proficiency in Keynote, Numbers, Excel
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge, experience and expertise in communications, public relations and internal/ executive communications.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to work quickly and accurately with time constraints and to deadline.
  • Interest and passion for technology and business.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master new software platforms, content
  • management systems (CMS), or proprietary internal tools, is welcomed.
  • Familiarity with basic coding concepts (HTML, Python, or SQL) or advanced search syntax (Boolean logic).
  • Strong experience in building consensus and driving collaboration by building positive relationships and using data.
  • Natural self starter, with the ability to see the big picture and simultaneously focus on the details.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $91,700 and $180,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
