About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Operational Business Analyst to support Sales Operations and business performance management across Latin America and Mexico. This role will serve as a strategic partner to regional and local stakeholders, providing critical reporting, analytics, forecasting, and operational insights that drive business execution and decision-making.
The successful candidate will play a key role in consolidating regional data, developing Power BI reporting solutions, tracking business performance, supporting sales operations initiatives, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation. This position requires a strong combination of analytical thinking, stakeholder management, business acumen, and hands-on Power BI development expertise.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted business partner to Sales Operations teams across Latin America and Mexico, supporting reporting, analytics, and operational needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to improve visibility into business performance, pipeline health, forecasts, and key operational metrics.
- Consolidate data from multiple countries into regional views and executive-level reporting, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and actionable insights.
- Support regional business reviews by preparing executive presentations, performance summaries, and business updates for leadership teams.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, forecasts, targets, pipeline progression, and business performance trends across the region.
- Consolidate and validate information from LPOS, OVP, and other business systems to support operational decision-making.
- Identify business risks, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities through data analysis and reporting.
- Develop project portfolio reports, including status tracking, risk identification, and executive summaries.
- Partner with country teams to understand local priorities and align regional reporting and analysis efforts accordingly.
- Create and maintain performance metrics that help identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through reporting automation, process optimization, and enhanced use of Power BI and analytics tools.
- Serve as a facilitator for local Sales Operations teams by providing data-driven insights that support business execution and planning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Analytics, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Commercial Operations, or similar analytical roles.
- Advanced Power BI development experience is mandatory, including creating dashboards, reports, data models, calculations, and visualizations from business requirements.
- Demonstrated experience developing reporting solutions rather than solely consuming or maintaining existing dashboards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.
- Experience working with large datasets, forecasting processes, pipeline management, business performance metrics, and executive reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Professional English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.
- Experience supporting multinational or regional organizations is preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL, Qlik, or other business intelligence and data analysis tools is preferred.
- Experience supporting sales organizations, commercial operations, business planning, forecasting, or performance management processes is highly desirable.
