YOUR ROLE
This position will closely work with subcontractor for production and NPI control to achieve Just-In-Time deliveries to our customers, mainly focusing on the execution to:
- Manage products loading including optimization, manual start
- Manage products starts and output within the committed cycle time
- Manage NPI execution to support the projects moving to mass production per timeline
- Manage operation KPI to drive OSAT for improvement
- Coordinate the stakeholders on logistic support
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Proficient in planning (knowledge about assy, test manufacturing flow is preferred)
- Strong data Analysis & Reporting with experienced in MS software
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Good communication skills in both verbal and written English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Proactive attitude with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
