Overview:
Join Xerox as an Opérateur Numérique L2, where you will use your expertise in digital production tools and processes to deliver document production services in line with customer requirements, quality standards, and contractual commitments. You will work across digital production environments including high-volume connected equipment, electronic printing, multifunction devices, complex scanning, and XOS solutions while contributing to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:
- Operate digital production equipment and select appropriate production methods based on customer requirements
- Manage high-volume digital printing, electronic printing, complex scanning, and multifunction device activities
- Monitor quality, correct non-conforming production, and recommend improvements to processes, procedures, and quality controls
- Diagnose equipment and technical issues while supporting printing, network, driver, and production-related requirements
- Optimize production activities, including waste and inventory, while identifying and communicating opportunities to improve customer services
What You Need to Succeed:
- Experience in digital printing or digital document production environments
- Strong knowledge of digital printing processes and digital production equipment
- Proficiency with computer and office productivity tools, with knowledge of networking concepts
- Ability to diagnose equipment failures and technical issues while working independently across assigned equipment and environments
- Strong organization, communication, teamwork, and customer relationship skills
