Overview:
Xerox is seeking a professional Onsite Service Technician to support our growing Technical Services division. In this customer-facing role, you will deliver excellent service, maintain and repair assigned equipment, and serve as a trusted point of contact for clients while helping ensure equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:
- Deliver outstanding service and resolve calls in line with customer service level agreements
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment using electromechanical knowledge and diagnostic tools
- Manage maintenance, production support, and supply inventory for assigned equipment
- Communicate equipment status and availability to clients and coordinate support when needed
- Train end users on assigned products to improve understanding and day-to-day use
What You Need to Succeed:
- Electromechanical experience, including use of a multi-meter and reading electrical schematics
- Experience in roles such as HVAC, cable/internet technician, electrician, automotive repair, military, or similar technical service work
- Strong time management, reliability, and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance coverage
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent walking, standing, squatting, bending, and driving

- Complete new hire and technical training successfully
- Build a strong understanding of Xerox, customer service expectations, and territory support needs
- Develop working knowledge of equipment and inventory requirements
- Begin completing service calls independently and accurately
