In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

The primary role is to utilize professional health-related knowledge and skills to help the company establish a safe and healthy work environment while providing comprehensive health management and promotion services to employees. This position offers a monthly salary starting from NT$34,100, adjustable based on experience and ability, along with competitive benefits.

Job Responsibilities

1. Emergency Assistance and Occupational Health Management:

(1) Provide emergency medical support and health protection in the workplace.

(2) Develop and implement occupational health policies and plans to ensure compliance with regulations.

2. Health Management and Promotion:

(1) Design and promote health initiatives to enhance employees' awareness and quality of life.

(2) Supervise the implementation and effectiveness of health checkups and disease prevention programs.

3. Nurses Management:

(1) Manage and guide nursing personnel to ensure professionalism and efficiency in medical services.

(2) Coordinate the daily operations and resource allocation of the nursing team.

Job Qualifications

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree majoring in Health-related field with the Occupational Health Nursing Certificate of Taiwan government (52 hours training program). Those with higher degree preferred.

2. Preferable with more than 2 years of experiences of employee healthcare in tsmc wellness center.

3. Strong project management, communications, organization, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

4. Prefer to be effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English.
