Description and Requirements
Our Nordic eCommerce team is looking for a Nordic eCommerce Student to support the day-to-day management of a fast-moving and dynamic eCommerce business across the Nordic region.
This role is based in Frederiksberg and offers a flexible working environment.
Working hours will be adjusted to your studies, with approximately 15–20 hours per week. You will work independently and be an integral part of an evolving eCommerce team, collaborating with colleagues locally and globally at Lenovo.
You'll be responsible for:
- Helping lead the day-to-day Lenovo.com website hygiene project with focus on content quality and overall customer experience across all 4 Nordics countries: Denmark, Sweden, Norway & Finland.
- Helping the team analyze customer experience satisfaction feedback to identify and prioritize customer pain points and develop plans to address root cause issues.
- Analyze key site metrics across Customer Journey.
- Work with extended Lenovo teams to implement short, medium, and long-term customer experience improvements.
You'll bring:
- Danish and English spoken & written; Swedish/Norwegian/Finnish would be a plus.
- Passionate about eCommerce and technology.
- Must be an active university student (3rd or 4th year), ideally studying Economics or IT.
- Ability to analyse data problems, detail-oriented with good organizational, and analytical skills vital.
- You will have good PC and Microsoft Office skills.
