About this opportunity:

Summer 2027 internships to support the deployment, optimization, and operations of Ericsson Radio Access Networks (RAN). You will gain hands-on experience in telecommunications infrastructure while contributing directly to live network deployments and operational improvements. 

What you will do:

We are seeking an Intern to join our Network Services team as a RAN Site Construction & Engineering Intern. This role provides hands-on exposure to wireless site development, engineering, and construction activities supporting Radio Access Network (RAN) deployments. 
The intern will assist field engineers, construction teams, project managers, and other stakeholders with site surveys, site assessments, capacity-planning inputs, deployment coordination, documentation, and progress reporting. This position is well suited for someone interested in telecommunications, wireless infrastructure, construction management, or engineering. 

•    Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and systems to solve business and technical problems. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing products and workflows.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Research emerging AI techniques and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
  • Conduct experiments and evaluations to validate AI solutions.
  • Document processes, workflows, and architectures for clarity and reproducibility.
  • Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models use cases such as anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis.
  • Specializes in troubleshooting and operating AI-driven chatbots and conversational agents.
  • Design, build and operate a digital twin to reproduce incidents, run closed loop simulations, and validate chatbot decisioning and automation before production rollout.
