About the Opportunity

As a Sales Account Manager, you will manage and grow relationships across an assigned portfolio of existing NetSuite customers. You will help customers maximize the value of their NetSuite investment while identifying opportunities to expand their use of NetSuite's cloud-based business applications.

You will serve as a trusted business partner, developing an understanding of each customer's goals and challenges and connecting those needs with solutions that support their continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an existing portfolio of NetSuite customers.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and identify opportunities to increase adoption of NetSuite solutions.
  • Understand customers' business objectives, challenges, and evolving needs to recommend solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Lead opportunities throughout the sales cycle, including discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
  • Accelerate pipeline progression by coordinating customer references, quotes, contracts, and other sales activities.
  • Partner across NetSuite with leadership, sales peers, marketing, enablement, and value-added teams to maximize customer and sales outcomes.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.
  • Proactively manage renewals and maintain strong customer retention rates.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and provide visibility into account activity, opportunities, and potential risks.

This is a hybrid, in-office role with a minimum annual travel requirement of approximately 20%, primarily for onsite customer engagements.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $26.97 to $45.29 per hour; from: $56,100 to $94,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.

About You

You are a results-oriented sales professional who enjoys building relationships, understanding complex business needs, and helping customers realize greater value from technology.

You bring:

  • 3+ years of SaaS, technology, software, hardware, business services sales, or comparable experience.
  • A demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and delivering strong results.
  • Experience managing and expanding relationships with existing customers.
  • Strong prospecting, account planning, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • The ability to understand technology and translate product capabilities into compelling business value.
  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and customer priorities simultaneously.
  • A collaborative approach and experience succeeding in team-based sales environments.
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and a desire to continually learn and improve.
