We are looking for candidates who have experience with NAND reliability testing and validation. You will be part of a world class team of HW and SW engineers, who identify and resolve issues in all aspects of NAND qualification and testing.

Description

Our team is responsible for test program generation and automation scripting, as well as data collection and failure analysis. And you will have direct impact on Apple's future products by ensuring world-class solutions to demanding test and engineering challenges!

Responsibilities

  • Develop QA systems and automation frameworks for device testing and qualification reporting
  • Design, configure, operate, and maintain stress test racks for system-level qualification testing
  • Facilitate discussions and collaborate with multi-functional teams on NAND qualification testing, debug, and triage
  • Support internal engineering teams in failure analysis and defining corrective actions
  • Utilize data analysis tools to process test results and generate insights from qualification data
  • Manage inventory of test hardware and lab equipment

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in EE, CE, CS or related field
  • Experience with storage technology
  • Expertise in scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc.) in UNIX/Linux environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Proficiency working with multi-functional teams and supporting debug and triage
  • Experience in project management and high-volume manufacturing processes
  • Experience with lab environments and hardware infrastructure
  • Familiarity with source code control management (SVN, Git, etc.)
  • Knowledge of black box and white box testing basics
  • Basic networking knowledge (SSH, IP configuration, remote host management)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
