Description and Requirements
As the North America Transformation Specialist, you will be part of the NA ISO Tooling Strategy & Execution Team within our NA Sales Enablement Organization. This team is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team and enhance our customer experience.
You will be a subject matter expert on our Sales Sphere platform and for sales tools and processes generally, working closely with NA and WW digital transformation teams. Your role will be critically involved in enhancing the Sales Sphere platform by collecting feedback, working with stakeholders on improvement initiatives, and by driving adoption through change management.
Excellent communication skills, good organizational skills, and strong project management skills are expected for this position. The successful hire will be willing to learn by doing, drive results to closure, and participate in multiple simultaneous projects. They will also monitor and measure the impact and outcomes of the solutions and provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- NA focal for Sales Sphere
- Understand how digital technology projects fit into the sales ecosystem.
- Analyze digital technology and processes to recommend changes or enhancements.
- Evaluate digital technology through User Acceptance Testing.
- Integrate new technologies and enhancements into operating norms and business processes.
- Provide post-production support to sales as new technologies launch to increase adoption and utilization.
- Capture and prioritize ongoing feedback and share with the project team for future enhancement needs.
- Assist with sales deliverables such as communications, battlecards, and sales education.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in digital transformation and share best practices and learnings with the team and the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of sales experience.
- Subject matter expert utilizing Lenovo sales tools (i.e.: Aviso, Sales Sphere, Partner Sphere, Lenovo Enterprise Pro, D365, C360, CoPilot for Sales, LICRM, LBPi/e, WIT, ATS, DCSC, and OVP)

- Proven interest and experience in digital transformation, digital innovation, or digital project management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex data and insights into actionable solutions.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative, agile, and customer-centric mindset, with the passion and drive to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions.
This role follows Lenovo's hybrid work model, with employees expected to work from the office three days per week and remotely up to two days per week, subject to business needs and manager guidance.
