Description and Requirements
The NA ISG Commercial Business Management Director is a leadership role that drives revenue and profit growth through the execution of a Quarterly CQP Plan. The leader ensures Lenovo exceeds expectations with effective plans in aligned strategic areas that increase ISG Sales of all assigned products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead for NA CQP Plan Creation. Collects inputs from WW Commercial, WW ISG, NA ISO and NA Commercial Team to create an aligned CQP plan approved by Senior Leadership.
- Execution of CQP Plan with clear owners, roles and accountability. Own some but not all of the CQP elements. Monitor the delegated actions. Have a clear BMS to manage all of the results.
- Ensures CQP plan has extensive actions for NA ISG Channel Growth. Work with NA Channel Programs Director to ensure effective design and execution of GTN spend. Align with NA Channel Chief to align and execute to a ISG Channel Growth plan. Participate and lead as required in Channel Vector initiatives.
- Manage Top Choice Express team. Given the offering from Product Line Marketing, maximize sales out of the TCE with awareness, marketing, promotions and sales support in all Routes with emphasis on Channel Growth.
-Support ISO Sales Engagement: Pipeline, Deal Support, Program and PORs. Partner with NA Sales Operations to assist NA ISO ISG Leadership. Work with WW Commercial Pricing on PFV and Competitive trends leveraging current P&L results and targets as guidance.
- Works with Marketing to get requirements/deliverables for a ISG ALL quarterly communication plan. Consults NA Channel Marketing Spent in assigned Segment. Creates and support Channel Awareness plans. Drives allocated GTN and Alliance Partner Funding programs including POE and execution processes
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of proven expertise with channel partner ecosystems, indirect sales models, distributor networks, alliance partnerships, and channel investment programs.
- 5+ Years demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, influencing stakeholders, driving organizational alignment, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent large audience communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage and align senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven success driving revenue growth, profitability improvement, and execution of complex business initiatives within a cross-functional and matrixed business environment.
- Preferred experience within enterprise technology, infrastructure solutions, servers, storage, cloud computing, data center solutions, or related B2B technology industries.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is 184,800–283,360 USD. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
