Multimedia Designer – PR & Communications
Position Summary
The Multimedia Designer – PR & Communications is responsible for creating visual, digital, and multimedia communications assets that support employer branding, internal communications, employee engagement, public relations, social media, and reputation-building initiatives across Xerox Global Capability Centers.
The role serves as a dedicated communications-focused creative resource supporting GCC communications initiatives across the Philippines, Hungary and India while ensuring alignment with Xerox brand standards and communications objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Brand & Talent Attraction
• Design recruitment marketing and employer branding assets.
• Support employer value proposition (EVP) activation initiatives.
• Develop content for career sites and talent attraction campaigns.
• Create employee ambassador and employee spotlight materials.
• Support awards, certifications, and employer branding programs.
Internal Communications
• Design leadership communication materials.
• Create assets supporting town halls and employee meetings.
• Develop employee engagement campaign materials.
• Support organizational announcements and change communications.
• Create presentation materials and communications templates.
Digital & Social Communications
• Produce social media graphics and campaign assets.
• Design digital storytelling content.
• Develop videos and motion graphics.
• Support social media and content calendar execution.
• Maintain communications asset libraries.
Public Relations & Reputation
• Design conference, event, and partnership materials.
• Support awards and recognition campaigns.
• Create assets supporting thought leadership and reputation-building initiatives.
• Develop communications materials for community and industry engagement programs.
Brand Implementation & Enablement
• Develop reusable communications templates.
• Create communications toolkits and creative resources.
• Assist with content localization across GCC locations.
• Support effective implementation of approved communications frameworks.
Brand Governance and Compliance
• Develop communications assets in accordance with Xerox brand guidelines and approved visual identity standards.
• Coordinate required brand reviews and compliance checks.
• Collaborate with GCC PR & Communications, Marketing Operations Design, and Global Brand when appropriate.
• Prepare communications assets for review and approval through established governance processes.
• Support implementation of approved enterprise narratives and communications frameworks.
• Maintain consistency with approved templates, standards, and brand resources.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising Arts, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
Experience
• Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 0–2 years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, digital communications, social media content creation, marketing communications, employer branding, public relations, or related creative disciplines.
• Internship, freelance, student publication, student organization, or project-based experience may be considered.
• Experience creating content for social media, presentations, digital campaigns, video content, employer branding, or internal communications is an advantage.
• Portfolio demonstrating visual design, multimedia production, video editing, presentation design, digital content creation, or motion graphics.
Technical Skills
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
