MS Engineer Radio
As a Radio Engineer in the Mobile Infrastructure - Services GDC team, you will engage in daily shift operations focused on customer delivery. You’ll take end-to-end responsibility for troubleshooting and managing trouble tickets to ensure network reliability. Qualifications
Must- Have:
Require any bachelor's degree or related field
- Typically, a minimum 10 Years of experience
- Hands-on experience in LTE / 5G architecture.
- Proficiency in Fault Management, including remote troubleshooting, configuration management, and performance analysis.
- Strong knowledge of radio performance KPIs and experience with monitoring tools (NAC-PM, NetAn, PRS).
- Practical experience with multi-vendor EMS/NMS, such as Nokia NetAct or Ericsson ENM.
- Familiarity with software upgrades and their impact on network performance.
Nice- To- Have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
- Understanding of network security practices.
- Knowledge of data analytics tools for performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Provide RAN level 2 support for 4G/5G performance analysis and fault management.
- Execute remote troubleshooting, fault localization, and resolution for network issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders to enhance network performance.
- Coordinate with internal/external teams (Ops/Field/Customer) to address and rectify network faults.
- Extend support to fellow engineers for diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
- Implement configuration changes in RAN nodes to effectively address faults.
- Rehome, recommission, and adjust hardware/software parameters to optimize network functionality.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to facilitate continuous improvement and proactive problem management.
