MRB Logistics Coordinator
Description
Tesla is seeking a deeply process oriented, experienced, and self-driven reverse logistics and service fulfillment coordinator to support Tesla Energy Warranty business in EMEA. Will require coordinating international and domestic shipments for our energy products. You will work cross-functionally with Tesla certified installers, logistics carriers, warehousing, service, and quality engineering to improve and manage Tesla's energy service fulfillment and return process.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate dangerous goods shipments from 3rd party installers across EMEA back to Tesla.
- Work with EH&S and service engineering to keep business up to date on correct disposition of energy products.
- Collaborate with quality engineering to improve rate of return for failed units of high interest.
- Develop strategies to increase return rate from 3rd party installers.
- Pull data from internal dashboards to investigate aging MRBs to reduce backlog.
- Support service fulfillment to meet aggressive quarterly and yearly goals.
- Keep track of aging service orders and follow up with logistic carriers on aging/delayed shipments
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or the equivalent of experience and evidence of exceptional ability
- 2+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and/or evidence of exceptional ability
- Bilingual in German and/or Italian a plus.
- Demonstrated communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to write, speak, and present effectively and persuasively at all levels
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to achieve success in situations with high degrees of variation and complexity
- Ability to code in SQL and Tableau a plus
