Mgr, AI Business Adoption
The impact you’ll make
We are hiring an AI business adoption manager/Senior Manager to drive AI, automation, and process transformation across Taiwan operations. Partnering with field service, workforce planning, and account operations, this role will identify high-impact opportunities and lead solutions from concept to adoption.
What you’ll do
- Understand business needs and optimize end-to-end processes.
- Identify and prioritize AI, automation, and analytics opportunities.
- Partner with technical teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Lead pilots, deployment, and Responsible AI compliance.
- Drive adoption through training and change management.
- Measure impact and scale successful solutions across the organization.
Who we’re looking for
- Experience leading business transformation, process optimization, or AI-driven automation initiatives.
- Ability to simplify complex operations and deliver scalable solutions.
- Proven track record moving ideas from concept to business adoption with measurable impact.
- Working knowledge of AI, automation, analytics, and data technologies.
- Strong communication and influencing skills across business and technical organizations.
- Strong English skills, including the ability to participate in meetings, present ideas, and collaborate with global teams.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience implementing enterprise AI, automation, analytics, or digital solutions.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
