Description and Requirements
ME JOB description:
Responsible for system placement, mechanical design, development schedule control, cost review and RFQ feedback etc.
The detailed responsibilities are:
- New project RFQ response.
- System placement and mechanical design proposal creating .
- System and Chassis detailed design (CAD files).
- Generate 2D drawings for tooling suppliers prior to tooling start or mass production.
- Collaborate with the internal product development team on material selection, part design and manufacturing feasibility.
- Failure analysis and solution evaluation.
- Assist shock & vibration engineer to perform the shock & vibration test.
- Perform tolerance analysis.
- Generate PCBA DXF.
- Generate mechanical BOM and EC management.
- Perform mechanical related test
