Materials Management & Analytics - Working Student (Bydgoszcz)
As a part of NI FN Strategy and Inventory organization, our Materials Management Team is responsible for management of iHUB China. For our dynamic supply chain team we’re looking for a Candidate with materials management and analytics skills who will be responsible for optimizing the flow of materials and products, collaborate on inventory optimization strategies to minimize holding costs while ensuring material availability.
Location: Bydgoszcz, Poland
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Active student status ( for at least one year) preferably in Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Good English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of PowerBI and SQL databases
- Knowledge of materials management
- Analytical skills and attention to details
- Communication & problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Support the team in addressing supply chain disruptions, such as delays, quality issues, and capacity constraints.
- Support logistics planning and material flow from suppliers to production sites and customers.
- Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production schedules to optimize logistics plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics partner to support smooth operations.
- Execute purchasing activities for logistics services and materials.
- Assist with supplier performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
