Materials Lifecycle Program Manager
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a strategic and execution-focused program manager for Supply Chain Planning to manage all operations associated with product transitions. This individual contributor will drive end-to-end transition planning strategy, working with demand planning across all product lines to develop plans to mitigate risk and optimize inventory.
The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional execution across Product Line Management, Engineering, Demand Planning, Commodity Management, Procurement to deliver successful product transitions. This role requires strong program management, supply chain planning, and lifecycle management experience, with the ability to balance demand, supply, and inventory while mitigating operational risk.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Responsibilities
Product Lifecycle & Supply Planning
Lead transition planning activities for product lifecycle management, including Last-Time Buy (LTB) recommendations.
Develop and execute transition plans that balance customer demand, supplier commitments, and inventory objectives.
Partner with Product Line Management, Engineering, Demand Planning, Procurement to ensure successful product transitions with minimal customer impact.
Monitor supply availability and identify and implement risk mitigation strategies to maintain supply continuity.
Manage inventory throughout the product lifecycle to minimize shortages, excess inventory, and obsolescence.
Maintain and govern Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and configuration integrity.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and End-of-Life (EOL) planning to reduce material obsolescence.
Supply Continuity & Risk Management
Coordinate cross-functional mitigation plans with suppliers, Commodity Management, Engineering, Materials, and Manufacturing teams to reduce operational risk.
Support last-time buy planning, inventory disposition, and supply continuity strategies throughout the product lifecycle.
Track key transition milestones and communicate risks, dependencies, and recovery plans to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Program Management
Drive alignment across Product Management, Engineering, Materials, and Procurement to meet transition objectives.
Facilitate program reviews, maintain action plans, and ensure timely resolution of cross-functional issues.
Develop executive-ready status updates, dashboards, and planning metrics to support decision-making.
Process Improvement & Planning Systems
Leverage Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Planning (SCP) and other planning tools to support lifecycle planning, supply analysis, and inventory management.
Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, reporting, and operational visibility through automation and standardized workflows.
Analyze planning data to improve forecast accuracy, inventory health, and transition execution.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
6–10 years of experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing operations, product lifecycle management, or hardware supply chain program management.
Experience managing End-of-Life (EOL), Last-Time Buy (LTB), or product transition programs.
Experience supporting complex hardware supply chains, contract manufacturing, and supplier management.
Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, Materials Execution, Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Operations.
Experience using Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Planning or similar enterprise planning solutions preferred.
Maintain and govern Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and configuration integrity.
Technical & Functional Skills
Knowledge of supply planning, inventory management, manufacturing operations, and product lifecycle management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Experience with ERP and supply planning systems, including Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, Oracle EBS, SAP, Kinaxis, or equivalent planning platforms.
Proficiency with Excel and data analysis; SQL or reporting tool experience is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple complex programs in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is preferred.
