The Marketing Data Manager will serve as a central data steward within the Marketing Data Strategy & Compliance team, ensuring the completeness, integrity, and strategic alignment of marketing data across all marketing programs. This role bridges the administrative and operational gap between data management, contact acquisition, lead management, and campaign attribution.
The Marketing Data Manager will work cross-functionally with the marketing operations, field and demand marketing, and sales support to ensure the account reach is as complete as possible with accurate, active, and engaged contacts representing key buyer personas including IT, Procurement, and C-Suite.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
? Contact Data Management & Quality:
• Proactively conduct regular data audits to identify and correct data inconsistencies within all Xerox CRMs, including Dynamics D365, Salesforce, Hubspot, Aurasell, Pulse, etc.
• Monitor data quality and completion metrics for reporting
• Research and append missing account-level data (e.g., website URL, firmographics) to enable contact sourcing
• Process privacy requests to delete records in Eloqua and D365 in compliance with applicable policies
• Collaborate and act as marketing data liaison with the Sales Support team to ensure data is integrated and accessible as needed
? Contact Sourcing & Lead-to-Account Matching:
• Source contacts with specific titles and personas from ZoomInfo, Demandbase, and other data provider platforms for accounts identified by the Demand Strategy team
• Upload lists of contacts into the lead-to-account match program to link new contacts to their respective D365 accounts
• Process and clear lead-to-account match exceptions that cannot be automated and require manual intervention for D365 matching
• Deactivate contacts in D365 whose email addresses bounce or who do not engage after a designated time period
• Source business email addresses from personal email content syndication submissions
• Assign contacts to outreach cadences in Salesloft as directed by Revenue Marketing
? Campaign Data & Attribution Management:
• Create and disposition D365 campaigns via Eloqua for use in activity attribution and measurement in Microsoft Dynamics
• Load contact and activity lists into Eloqua to facilitate accurate revenue and pipeline measurement for offline activities, including events, mailers, content syndication, and contact acquisition programs
• Execute D365 data transfers of accounts, contacts, and/or leads where needed to facilitate demand generation attribution and measurement
• Download and host data files for marketing dashboard attribution and reporting where live data connection is not yet available

? Account website data cleansing and appending
? Contact sourcing for accounts with no active contacts on record
? Contact status remediation based on invalid or bounced email addresses
? Lead-to-account linkage and exception processing
? Business email sourcing from personal email content syndication submissions
? Content syndication, event, purchase list processing
? Buyer group coverage monitoring across the total addressable market (TAM)

? Strong knowledge of data quality standards and processes
RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS
? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Sciences, or a related field from an accredited college or university
? Minimum 2 years’ working experience in data management, marketing operations, or related business environment
? Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM or a comparable CRM system required
? Experience with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua or similar) preferred
