Title: Manufacturing Associate Engineer (AE)
Introduction:
The Manufacturing Associate Engineer (AE) is responsible for supporting semiconductor manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, cycle time, and delivery targets. This role partners closely with Process Engineering and Equipment Engineering and other cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, improve productivity, and ensure efficient utilization of manufacturing resources. The AE provides technical and operational support, monitors manufacturing performance, identifies improvement opportunities, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer commitments.
Your Job
- Monitor and support daily manufacturing operations to achieve cycle time, throughput, quality, and shipment plan targets.
- Drive operational performance by identifying, analyzing, and resolving manufacturing issues impacting production.
- Coordinate with Process, Equipment and Manufacturing teams to optimize factory performance.
- Monitor WIP movement and support production prioritization to meet customer delivery commitments.
- Analyze manufacturing and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Support capacity planning activities by ensuring accurate assumptions, constraints, and equipment utilization data.
- Support deployment and sustainment of automation systems and manufacturing execution systems.
- Provide technical guidance and operational support during production excursions and recovery activities.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
- Support special projects and assignments as required by management.
- Participate in shift pass-down, escalation management, and fab readiness activities.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, production engineering, industrial engineering, or related manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and support shift operations when required
