Overview:

The  Principal Solutions Manager, North America Acceptance Solution Management, will be a key member of Visa’s Value Added Services team and a contributor to the success of Acceptance Solutions in North America. This role will support the regional Acceptance Solutions team in advancing client-relevant solutions for Acquirers, Payfacs, ISOs, and other reseller partners, with a focus on product execution, roadmap coordination, go-to-market readiness, client feedback synthesis, and cross-functional delivery.

The  Principal Solutions Manager will work closely with Product, Sales, Client Services, Sales Engineering, and other Go-to-Market teams to help articulate how Visa’s acceptance product and services, including the Visa Acceptance Platform, Payment Processing and Network Products, address partner needs and support product adoption across the North America region.  This role will specifically be supporting the launch of Visa Intelligence Authorization solution to US acquiring clients.

This role is well suited for a candidate who combines foundational knowledge of payment acceptance, strong analytical capability, payments and product curiosity, technical aptitude, structured execution, and the ability to coordinate across matrixed teams. The role emphasizes execution responsibilities, including documenting requirements, supporting product workstreams, and helping manage assigned features or initiatives through commercialization and ongoing VIA go-to-market optimization.

  • Support the development, maintenance, and execution of regional product roadmaps for North America Acceptance Solutions, helping ensure roadmap priorities are aligned to client needs, regional opportunities, and global product direction.
  • Track roadmap updates, product dependencies, delivery milestones, and changes, ensuring internal partners have clear visibility into status, implications, and next steps.
  • Translate client needs and market feedback into structured inputs for product requirement discussions, roadmap planning, and prioritization forums.
  • Support regional Acceptance Solutions initiatives that extend Visa’s relevance beyond core acceptance platform assets and address challenges for Acquirers, Payfacs, ISOs, and reseller partners.

Go-to-Market and Sales Enablement:

  • Partner with NA commercialization, Sales, Client Services, and Product teams to support go-to-market motions that make solutions easier to sell, adopt, and implement.
  • Assist in developing sales enablement materials, client conversation guides, product positioning, and internal training content to help stakeholders articulate product fit and value proposition.
  • Support sales teams in understanding client business and technical needs and connecting those needs to relevant Visa Acceptance Solutions.
  • Develop fact-based analysis to support sales recommendations, product positioning, and market opportunity assessments.

Client-Centric Solutioning and Product Development Support:

  • Support the design of client-centric joint solutions from solution definition through build, implementation, and post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and technical pre-sales partners to support effective internal and client-facing demos, solution flows, and implementation discussions.
  • Gather, organize, and synthesize client feedback to help ensure the voice of the customer is represented in product discussions and requirement development.
  • Support pilot programs, new feature launches, and commercialization readiness activities that help drive adoption and revenue growth for the region.

Business Analysis, Market Intelligence, and Performance Insights:

  • Conduct regional competitive, regulatory, and market intelligence activities to evaluate competitor actions, market trends, and implications for Acceptance Solutions.
  • Create and update business and product intelligence to support product investment discussions, prioritization, and commercialization decisions.
  • Build, share, and analyze solution performance data to identify opportunities to improve product adoption, client outcomes, and regional growth.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, tradeoffs, and risks in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to functional partners and management.
