Keysight Design Engineering Software (DES) has an excellent opportunity for an individual with an entrepreneurial, business mind-set.  DES is a leading supplier of design engineering software for the EDA, CAE, optical, data management, and software engineering quality markets, and is looking for the right individual to drive the DES partnership efforts.  Keysight believes that core partnerships are an important part of the design engineering software ecosystem.   As such, you will be working with a highly skilled, central strategy team on key components of the DES strategy for which partnerships play a key role.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on strategic, technology, value-added, and university partnerships.
  • Define partnership criteria, engagement frameworks, and selection strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive innovation, growth, and market leadership.
  • Manage the tactical execution and ongoing success of key partnership initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry, technology, value-added, and academic partners.
  • Promote and enhance the visibility and impact of Keysight partnerships across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Align partnership activities with DES strategic priorities and the goals of individual DES business units.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new partnership opportunities that support long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and executives to cultivate and expand strategic partnerships.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and leadership on partnership investments, priorities, and business outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to maximize the value and effectiveness of partnership programs.
  • Represent Keysight in high-level engagements with strategic partners and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to align partnership initiatives to strategic business objectives.

• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial leader with a proven ability to identify and develop new opportunities.

• Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities in both technical and business environments.

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving execution in a matrixed organization.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, engineering, or related fields.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and strategic outcomes.

• MBA or other advanced business degree preferred.

• Experience operating in roles that combine technical expertise with business leadership responsibilities preferred.

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range.

CA Pay range $138,960 - $231,600
