Reseller Operations leads and is responsible for the relationship with Reseller Partners, including Telcos, Distributors and Retailers to ensure that our products are in the right places at the right time.

Apple is looking for a dynamic, experienced and highly motivated Manager to lead the META Reseller Operations (Middle-East, Türkiye and Africa). This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to grow and develop the team and operations capabilities needed in these key emerging markets for Apple. We're looking for someone who will embrace the day to day challenges and opportunities these markets bring, and who will drive their own team, and cross-functional teams, to continuously innovate and deliver step by step improvements in our supply chain execution, new product introductions and fulfilment results.

You will act as the voice of our META Sales teams and Channel partners into EMEIA Operations to ensure that the priorities of the region are clearly understood and actioned appropriately. You will partner closely with the META Channel Sales team in the development and support of key Sales goals for both direct and indirect Resellers in the region. Proven relationship management and influencing skills will be essential here.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and mentor a team, capable of meeting the agility and challenges of Apple's needs.
  • Continuously drive improvements in process, tools, systems with the team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within EMEIA Operations to deliver high quality results in support of META Channel partners.
  • Drive a management system for customers to ensure continued improvement in service levels, forecasting, demand planning, inventory assortment and digital experience.
  • Drive new Partner onboarding in the region as well as our Geo Expansion efforts through robust management systems and cross-functional governance.
  • Actively participate in new product introduction planning to ensure effective and timely product transitions. Drive cross-functional reductions in time to market for new products across all META countries.
  • Lead team in identifying and implementing key projects that achieve targeted measurable benefits in the areas of planning optimisation, customer fulfilment, sell through maximisation, and cost saving initiatives.
  • Partner closely with SDM to optimise weekly channel sell through. Provide knowledgeable input to the demand forecasting process.
  • Ensure we show up with these partners as "one Apple". Drive alignment in strategy per Partner / Country with Sales and Sales Finance. Share our analytics and drive clarity in our focus areas for action with Sales.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience working in a Retail, Logistics, Planning, Finance, or Operations environment within a fast-paced product industry.
  • Knowledge of product planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain management.
  • Proven relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive outcomes cross-functionally without formal authority.
  • Experience building and leading a team, supporting team members in their development.
  • Organisational skills to meet deadlines and maintain a solid management system to ensure the overall effectiveness of the team.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to evaluate, analyse, and present data to executive level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working across emerging markets or complex multi-country geographies within a supply chain or operations function.
  • Experience managing reseller or channel partner relationships within a direct or indirect sales environment.
  • Experience driving new partner onboarding and geographic expansion through cross-functional governance.
  • Experience identifying practical opportunities to optimise existing supply chain operations and develop new tools and processes.
  • A track record of innovation and continuous improvement within a supply chain or operations environment.
  • A Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in a relevant discipline; equivalent professional experience will be fully considered.
