Experience working directly with financial institutions, merchants, or loyalty platforms is highly valued.

  • Translate programme performance insights into clear recommendations and actions.

Client Cadence & Leadership:

  • Lead ongoing programme cadence with merchant partners, including regular performance reviews and optimisation discussions.

  • Shape programme roadmaps in partnership with Client Account Executives.

  • Set clear priorities and sequencing for programme enhancements and evolution.

Programme Design & Evolution:

  • Guide programme configuration, mechanics, and engagement approaches to support growth objectives.

  • Support new programme launches and major enhancements.

  • Ensure programmes are scalable, sustainable, and aligned to client goals.

Leadership & Culture:

  • Operate with pace, accountability, and a bias to action.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in loyalty programmes, card‑linked offers, CRM, or customer engagement solutions.

  • Strong understanding of loyalty mechanics and customer behaviour.

  • Proven ability to drive programme optimisation and growth in client‑facing roles.

  • Data‑driven with strong analytical and storytelling skills.
