About the role and team

Leading at Uber means setting direction in motion, not waiting for perfect conditions. As an Engineering Manager II, you will be a primary engine for high-growth technical organizations, bridging the gap between bold ideas and real-world impact for millions of users. You’ll lead high-performing teams in an environment that values ownership over hierarchy and measurable impact over process.

This is a high-visibility leadership role that requires a manager who stays calm in the "messy" reality of scaling one of the world's most complex technical platforms. You will move fluidly between high-level strategic vision and relentless operational execution, making hard calls on prioritization and navigating competing global priorities. If you lead with clarity, build with heart, and are motivated by solving massive organizational and technical puzzles at scale - this is where you’ll make your mark.

Rate of Pay:                 $253,200 to $284,000 per year

You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits. More details can be found at the following link https://www.uber.com/careers/benefits.
