Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics or Material Science.
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in quality or engineering functions.
3. Good knowledge of quality management systems and core quality tools including 8D, SPC, FMEA, etc.
4. Prior experience in semiconductor backend packaging/testing or automotive industry is highly preferred.
5. Excellent communication and cross-functional project driving capabilities.
6. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
7. Proficient in both written and verbal English and Chinese.
8. Good team player and able to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
